Who should attend these courses?
Anyone wishing to gain a high level understanding of the frameworks and how they can be applied; OSS/BSS professionals who are involved in developing BSS/OSS solutions using Solution Frameworks methodologies, including: Solution architects, analysts, modelers, developers, and integrators.
The Business Process Framework Implementer’s Workshop is slightly more advanced and therefore designed for people with some knowledge of the subject. It builds on the Overview course by looking at the practical uses of the Framework.

“Business Transformation” is one of these terms that means different things to different people – from taking a step back and reviewing how a business is performing to looking at a single department or area of the business to see how it can be made more efficient.
