Course content
This course shows how IT Service Management builds on fundamental processes to enable IT to deliver best practice examining ‘end-to-end’ services by using ITIL processes. By analyzing the underlying processes in the IT department, companies can identify opportunities for improvement in their IT service support and delivery. By aligning IT service provision to key business processes, the IT department better supports the organization’s core objectives.

Course structure
Designed to be interactive, the course incorporated a series of lectures and group discussions. Through these exercises the IT staff learns essential management skills whilst practicing how to implement ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes in their organizations.
