The project involved delivering professional trainings to more than 100 of SOMAT’s employees during a period of six months. SOMAT is the biggest logistics company in Bulgaria.
Training objective
The training objective was to improve the employee’s professional qualifications, which will, in turn, improve labor productivity.
Training program
Bright Consulting organized a corporate-wide campaign to assess the knowledge level of SOMAT employees. The campaign was conducted utilizing online tests, which were answered and completed by each employee for each training module. The received results were used in building an effective course structure tailored to the needs and skill level of SOMAT’s employee.
