Open training
For the first time in Bulgaria, Bright Consulting organized open training course for introduction to using eTOM.
The training was visited by managers in the telecommunication companies and professionals in designing and modeling of business services and applications in telecommunications.
Course content
The two- day course coupled a broad introduction to NGOSS, an in depth view of the eTOM framework with a practical clinic on using eTOM. The course looked at the business realities underpinning NGOSS from a Telecom Operators perspective. The constituent elements of NGOSS were explained and then the concepts of eTOM were elaborated on in depth. This course included a clinic in which the students have the “hands-on” opportunity to work in teams on an NGOSS assignment.
