Project Objectives
The project scope included concept development of a group-wide solution demanding reliable and secure environment for intercompany communications of sensitive data, regulated by GSM Association. The main objective was to implement NRTRDE (Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange) solution according GSMA directives.
Our solution
Bright Consulting’s role in the project was to develop and conduct a new assessment methodology for a high profile project relevant to NRTRDE in order to support the member companies in the development of an efficient solution that meets the complex requirements of MAG environment. The activities performed by Bright Consulting team included design and assessment of availability and inherited risks of each of the possible NRTRDE solution designs. The produced availability report was used to facilitate solution and vendor selection process.
