Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. As a member of the European consulting group of IT and Telecommunication companies, Bright Consulting hosted its annual meeting in Sofia. Members from 18 different nationalities gathered in Sofia during October 17-18,and for the majority this was their first visit to Sofia. The diverse social program featured Sofia sightseeing trip and dinner with traditional Bulgarian cousine at Vodenitsata restaurant. During this sunny autumn day, the participants enjoyed views of Vitosha Mountain, the National History museum and Sofia downtown sights. The intense social program finished with a lively dinner including traditional folk dances and mystic fire dance show.
During the formal part of the meeting on the next day, the group members had a chance to share their experience on the topic of IT Service Management. As hosts, Bright Consulting delivered a presentation on ITSM Trends in the Telco Industry and shared their specific knowledge and experience in this field. The afternoon session was focused on the topic of HR and Talent Management and its implication for consulting companies. As external guest speaker, Viktor Kehayov, Senior Partner Global Learning and Talent Development at SAP, shared SAP experience and triggered a lively discussion among the group members.
