The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting team was responsible for the complete scope of the project.

Bright Consulting launches ITSM Video Channel
Bright Consulting Remedy Integration team produced a series of practical ITSM videos which are now live on the company YouTube Channel. The Remedy experts share their real life experiences with BMC Remedy system and give insights into the practical applications of its ITSM modules.
The current video selection focuses on the new features in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.6. and presents the key functionalities of the respective ITSM modules. In these first couple of released videos, Andrey Dautev and Ivan Pirishanchin introduce you to BMC Atrium CMDB 7.5 application by showing a demo of Atrium Integration Engine and ways to manage access permissions.
In the following weeks, Tosho Zaprianov will present the Contract Management module in BMC Remedy Asset Management applicaiton. Andrey Dautev will follow up with a video showing how to create cell-based tables in BMC Remedy AR Server 7.5.
