The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting became BMC Solution Partner for Bulgaria
In the beginning of December, Bright Consulting achieved status of official BMC Solution Partner for the territory of Bulgaria. The company received authorization to offer the leading software solutions for IT and Business Service Management – the ITSM platform BMC Remedy, BMC Discovery, BMC Identity Management– as well as to provide full-service support for all corresponding BMC solutions already implemented in the customer environment.
Following the partnership announcement, UniCredit Bulbank chose Bright Consulting as a partner for software license delivery and maintenance of all BMC products used by the financial institution. The two companies signed a three-year agreement for maintenance of all BMC solutions already implemented in UniCredit Bulbank IT environment.
