Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting participated in the annual meeting of the ITIC group, held in Primosten, Croatia, on Sept. 20- 21, 2009. The meeting was hosted by the Croatian member Infigo IS.
The ITIC GROUP is an International network of Telecommunications and IT Consultants (ITIC) dedicated to offer consultancy and expert assistance to multinational and national organizations and governments.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) was the main topic for discussion and several ITIC members delivered presentations on the latest trends and best practices in this area. The issues discussed included business drivers of IAM; the use of IAM to support integrated governance, risk & compliance; enterprise user administration implementation; access control and identity verification for Telco services.
The event also featured a social part at Krka National Park where ITIC members had a chance to discuss collaboration opportunities while enjoying the breathtaking views of Croatian seaside landscape.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 18-19, 2010 at Stockholm and will be hosted by Telemanagement and Datanet.
