Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting team was responsible for the complete scope of the project.

Bright Consulting Hosts ITIC Group Meeting in Sofia
As a member of the European consulting group of IT and Telecommunication companies, Bright Consulting hosted its annual meeting in Sofia. Members from 18 different nationalities gathered in Sofia during October 17-18 for the first time. The main topic of the the formal part was ITSM Trends in the Telco Industry, followed up by a workshop session on HR and Talent Management.
