Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting marked successful beginning of series of eTOM trainings
For the first time in Bulgaria on 4th and 5th march was conducted course “Introduction to using eTOM”. As a guest lecturer was invited Mr. Roger Cutts, leading expert in NGOSS area with over 30 years experience in telecommunication industry. He was a chief architect at Vodafone UK and is a regular eTOM trainer at various locations around the Globe. The training was visited by managers in the telecommunication companies and professionals in designing and modeling of business services and applications in telecommunications.
The training is the first of series of trainings oriented towards world’s best practices and eTOM in particular. The next “Introduction to using eTOM” training is planned for May.
