Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting team was responsible for the complete scope of the project.

Completed project in Triglav, Slovenia
Bright Consulting Remedy Development Team completed successfully a project for migration to the newest version of BMC Remedy in the biggest insurance company in Slovenia- Triglav. In collaboration with its Slovenian partner Unistar, Bright Consulting performed migration of the current BMC Remedy infrastructure, applications, data and configurations from Remedy version 6 to 7.6.

TOGAF 9 Certification
Bright Consulting enhanced its competence in Enterprise Architecture Management with a certificaftion in TOGAF framework- the most common reference model for EA management.
The company's ICT consultant, Svetoslav Pacev, passed all requirements for certification in the latest version of TOGAF 9 and confirms Bright Consulting best practice approach to an enterprise architecture centric transformation.
