System Engineer
Your Role:
Your mission will be to take part in the whole service life-cycle including design, implementation and support of infrastructure services based on Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of network technologies and OSI model;
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems;
- Experience with Microsoft server operating systems;
- Previous experience with Microsoft Active Directory will be considered as advantage;
- Previous experience with Microsoft Exchange will be considered as advantage;
- Knowledge or certification in ITIL/ITSM will be considered as advantage;
- Motivation to improve technical skills and knowledge;
- Good verbal and written knowledge of English;
Your responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and support of infrastructure services based on Microsoft Technologies;
- Develop and update technical documentation;
- Provide first and second level technical support to end users;
