Project Objectives
The main goal of the project was to specify the exact requirements related to the choice of mobile telecommunication services to be used at EVN Bulgaria. EVN’s objective was to improve the internal communication and reduce the telecommunication costs. In partnership with Devoteam Austria, Bright Consulting team was contracted as an independent IT consultant to make an objective recommendation for the choice of telecommunication services required to be integrated in the enterprise.
Solution
Utilizing its experience in the Telco sector, Bright Consulting team performed through analysis of the communication infrastructure at EVN. In addition, a comprehensive market research was conducted in order to analyze the market offerings for mobile services and the current state regulations imposed by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC).
