Project Objectives
The main project goal was to design and implement generic Change Management processes for all six companies, part of Telekom Austria Group.

Our solution
Bright Consulting was responsible for process design and definition, development of detailed implementation specification and detailed requirements for integration between Remedy and HP Service Desk.

Astel 2008 Conference Digital Democracy

Bright Consulting Service Delivery Manager Angel Kanchev held a presentation at ASTEL conference which was published at the official website of the Telecommunications Association: http://www.astel-bg.com/.

The presentation discusses the possibilities and advantages of the model for business process analysis in the Telecommunications industry eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map).

Bright Consulting is the first company in Bulgaria to organize an open eTOM training course and its participation in ASTEL Conference was a proof for the increasing popularity of the extremely effective model of eTOM in Bulgaria.
