The main project goal was to design and implement generic Change Management processes for all six companies, part of Telekom Austria Group.
Our solution
Bright Consulting was responsible for process design and definition, development of detailed implementation specification and detailed requirements for integration between Remedy and HP Service Desk.
The eTOM open training organized for the first time in Bulgaria by Bright Consulting was featured in Computerworld.bg
The article gives an overview of the main discussions at the training and also includes an interview with Roger Cutts about the significance of eTOM and its implementation in Bulgarian telecoms. Mr. Cutts was a special guest lecturer at the event. He is a renowned eTOM trainer and has held the position of chief architect at Vodafone UK.
