Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting team was responsible for the complete scope of the project.

Annual company workshop
Bright Consulting team enjoyed a weekend away to wrap up the year with a productive internal workshop. Team members shared the lessons learned from the key projects they completed in 2010 and triggered a lively discussion on how to enhance the established service delivery process. The spa amenities at Velingrad's complex Dvoretsa added an extra touch to the relaxed and open discussion throughout these two days.
