Project Objectives
The main project objective was to design and implement end-to -end monitoring environment integrated with existing operational processes in order to control and manage more efficiently company SLAs.
Solution
The project embraced various types of company assets including complete IT infrastructure, line of business applications, surveillance systems etc. Clients IT infrastructure consists of sixteen locations spread across the country, maintained upon a number of underpinning contracts with external service providers. Bright Consulting team was responsible for the complete scope of the project.

Meeting of ITIC group in Stockholm
Bright Consulting took part in the annual meeting of ITIC Group in Stockholm. The ITIC Group connects indepedent consulting companies across Europe and fosters collaboration opportunuties within its member companies.
The hosts of this year's meeting were Telemanagement and Datanet, both business consulting companies based in Sweden. The main topic for discussion was Mobility and its implications on business operations. The social program included Stockholm sightseeing tour, a visit to the Absolut Ice Bar and a traditional dinner (Swedish Smörgåsbord) at Grand Hotel Stockholm.
The next group meeting is scheduled for October 24-25, 2010 in Sofia, Bulgaria and hosts will be the Bulgarian members Bright Consulting and R Consulting.
